I took this picture a while ago and thought absolutely nothing of it. Not too long ago while going through some of my pictures I came back to this one and was actually surprised by how it turned out. It often seems that when I have just taken photos and I look at them right away I feel that they are terrible, I will then look back at them a few weeks or months later and it turns out that they weren't as bad as I had originally thought, some of them are even really great. Maybe it's time to go back over more of my old pictures; I might find a few surprises...
Beautiful lighting on this one. The way the beams of light shine through the individual strands is gorgeous. The only thing is, it looks like it's moving, the upper half of it, at least; it's a tad blurry near the top. The little speckley polka-dots on the end of the feather are so cute. Still a , m'dear.
It probably was moving... The blurrines near the top is probably a combination of that and the fact that I always use the biggest apperture possible which in this case was to my disadvantage I suppose. I didn't take this picture to use it for anything, so I wasn't really trying to capture the perfect shot. I'm glad you like it never the less!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
